Civil Processes

Order of Protection

An Order of Protection can offer an added layer of safety in situations involving violence or threats of violence. If there is a pattern of behavior that causes you to fear for your safety, this may be an option.
We can help you understand the process and determine if this is the right step for you.

Injunction Against Harassment

This legal option provides protection for individuals who have experienced sexual assault. If the thought of facing your perpetrator in court feels intimidating or triggering, our advocates will help you weigh the pros and cons so you can make an informed, empowered decision.

Child Custody & Visitation

When children are involved, separation or divorce can become even more complex. Our team offers emotional support and referrals to legal resources to help you understand your rights, navigate custody arrangements, and keep your children's well-being at the forefront.
